June Theme: Embodiment — Becoming the Woman Who Has Already Received

At the end of May, something unexpected happened. A former client reached out asking for one-to-one coaching. She said, “I’ve been in so many memberships, and now, I know I need to invest differently — in myself.”

That conversation shifted something in me. I told her I needed time to reflect before giving her an answer. And as I sat with it, thinking deeply about her goal, I had an AHA moment — one so powerful that it inspired me to change the entire June theme of The Reflective Circle membership.

I kept it quiet at first because I wanted to experience the transformation for myself before bringing it to you. And now, I can confidently say this:

This is the missing key.
This is what’s been standing between you and everything you’ve been trying to achieve.

So here it is, the real work of June — Embodiment.

💫 What Is Embodiment?

To me, embodiment is becoming the version of you who has already received the very thing you’re desiring.
Not in theory.
Not in the future.
Right now.

It’s a total inner and outer recalibration.
Because if who you currently are could achieve that next level — you would’ve already done it.

In June, we grabbed our journals and chose one clear, specific goal.
We scripted every detail.
Then we created the portrait of the woman who already lives that goal.
What does she think?
What does she say yes to? What does she walk away from?
What kind of environment supports her?
We built a weekly calendar from that energy.

Because here’s what I’ve learned: So many of us dream, script, visualize…
Then we get up, and go back to living the exact same way.

This month, we stop that cycle. This month, we embody.

✨ Embodiment Is…

It’s when you stop waiting to become “her.”
And you be her now.

It’s bringing the dream down from your journal and into:

  • your posture,
  • your presence,
  • your decisions,
  • your boundaries,
  • your energy.

It’s rewriting the internal story that says:

  • “When I’m wealthy, I’ll feel at peace.”
  • “When I’m in love, I’ll be softer.”
  • “When my business grows, I’ll take care of myself.”

And asking instead:

  • How can I feel peace now?
  • How can I be softer with myself today?
  • How can I move like a woman who runs a global brand — even if I’m just beginning?

🌱 Embodiment Looks Like…

  • Lighting a candle before journaling because she creates sacred space.
  • Saying no without guilt because she has standards.
  • Getting dressed with intention because she sees herself as worthy.
  • Moving, eating, resting, and speaking from the frequency of her future self.
  • Practicing what she preaches — because her body is the sermon.

📝 Journaling Prompts for Embodiment

  1. If my dream life was already real…, how would I start my day?
  2. What thoughts would the “me who already has it” believe about herself?
  3. What actions or habits no longer align with the woman I am becoming?
  4. What boundaries would my embodied self-have — and with whom?
  5. How does the embodied version of me speak to herself when no one is listening?
  6. Where am I still acting from fear, scarcity, or past pain — and what truth can I choose instead?
  7. What rituals would I commit to if I truly believed I was already ‘her’?
  8. If I was being watched by someone I’m meant to inspire, how would I show up today?
  9. What would change in my posture, my tone, my calendar, and my choices — starting now?
  10. What am I afraid will happen if I fully embody this version of me? And what would happen if I stopped being afraid of that?

Once you’ve chosen your major goal, craft a vivid portrait of the woman who has already achieved it—and from this point forward, let her voice, her wisdom, and her way of being guide every step of your journey.

With all my heart,

Salima
