Soaking Your Mind Into Your Desires

Expose your mind to what is possible, and soon, the impossible becomes your new normal. – Unknown

Have you ever found yourself thinking about the life you truly want to live but felt a little hesitant to really immerse yourself in it? Maybe you’ve created a vision board, or you’ve written down your goals, but there’s something about truly living those desires that feels out of reach. What if I told you that soaking your mind in the things you desire is one of the most powerful manifestation practices you can use to bring your dreams into reality?

I used to hesitate when it came to even looking at things I desired—especially the ones I thought deep down were “out of my league.” Whether it was watching documentaries about places I wanted to visit or browsing luxury stores, I realized that a part of me was holding back, afraid that if I allowed myself to really soak in these things, I might feel disappointed or unworthy. But recently, I’ve learned that this is exactly what I need to do: soak my mind in the experiences, things, and feelings I want to attract. And guess what? It’s been incredibly freeing.

The concept of soaking your mind is more than just thinking about your desires. It’s about mentally and emotionally immersing yourself in the lifestyle, the experiences, and the things you want to manifest. When you start exposing your mind to these possibilities regularly—whether it’s through watching a documentary, browsing dream travel destinations, or simply imagining yourself living the life you desire—you’re training your subconscious to believe that what you want is not only possible but already on its way to you. Briefly is about getting comfortable with your desires.

So, what does it really mean to “soak” your mind into your desires?

It’s simple: you consistently feed your mind with the visions and experiences that align with what you want. The more you expose yourself to these things, the more your subconscious will accept them as part of your reality. It’s like when you feed your body nourishing food—your mind, too, needs to be nourished with the right images, feelings, and thoughts to bring your desires to life.

Let go of the price tag fear.

The price tag doesn’t matter. The fear of “this is too much for me” doesn’t matter. A huge part of soaking your mind is letting go of the barriers we put up—especially the ones tied to money and worthiness. For so long, I was afraid to even try on expensive outfits in a store, convinced that I didn’t deserve to wear them, or that it was “silly” to entertain the thought of something so luxurious when I wasn’t ready to buy. I would shy away from the experience of trying them on, all my brain could think of was “it was too expensive” for me.

But when I decided to face my fear, and started allowing myself to just feel the luxury of it, something shifted. I began to realize that it wasn’t about purchasing right then—it was about soaking in the experience. It was about feeling the fabric, the elegance, the energy of it all, and getting comfortable with the idea that I could wear something like that one day. The fear that used to grip me around the price tag began to fade because I wasn’t limiting myself to what I could afford in that moment. Instead, I was opening up to the possibility of living in a space where such expenses were normal.

So, I encourage you: next time you’re in a store, try on the outfit that excites you, regardless of the price. Walk around in it, feel the fabric, the cut, the design. You don’t need to buy it now, but you do need to feel what it’s like to embrace the energy of that kind of abundance. You’re not just putting on clothes—you’re putting on a future version of yourself, a woman who believes she can have everything she desires.

The Practice of Soaking Your Mind: Simple Steps to Start

If you’re ready to start soaking your mind in the life you want, here’s how to begin:

  • Step 1: Set the intention to soak your mind in your desires. Identify what you truly want—whether it’s a trip, a new career, or a specific lifestyle. Make sure it excites you and aligns with your core desires.
  • Step 2: Explore the world that you want to live in. Don’t just look at the price tags or the barriers. Watch the documentaries. Browse websites. Imagine yourself living in the house you want or flying to the destination you dream about.
  • Step 3: Make it a daily habit. You don’t have to spend hours doing this—5-10 minutes a day can be incredibly effective. Feel the joy, feel the excitement, and feel the gratitude of having those things already in your life.
  • Step 4: Notice the shift. The more you do this, the more you’ll start believing in your worthiness of those desires. You’ll feel less fear and more possibility. Your energy will shift from “I can’t afford that” to “This is coming to me, and I’m ready.”
  • Step 5: The universe is always speaking to you. Sometimes, you’ll come across a video of someone with a similar background sharing how she made your dream a reality—that’s not a coincidence. That’s a wink from the universe, a gentle nudge to keep going.

Soaking your mind isn’t just about visualizing. It’s about immersing yourself in the feeling of your desires.

Your mind must first feel at home in your dream before your reality catches up. When your mind becomes comfortable with the dream, it stops feeling impossible—it starts feeling normal. And when something feels normal, you stop resisting it, doubting it, or pushing it away unconsciously. You start moving toward it with ease, aligning your energy, your decisions, and your actions with it.

This is why soaking your mind in your desires is so powerful. The more you expose yourself to the life you want—without fear, without shrinking, without feeling undeserving—the more your subconscious rewires itself to accept it as yours. And once your subconscious is on board, the rest of your life follows.

Chills, right? 😍🔥

When you allow yourself to feel the possibility and excitement of living the life you want, it starts to feel more real. And when it feels real, it becomes much easier to make decisions and take action toward manifesting it. Dream bigger, allow yourself to believe in the life you want, and trust that it’s all within your reach.

Happy manifesting and I cannot wait to hear how these steps work for you.

With all my love,
