The answer we seek is always within us.

Have you ever found yourself stuck on a question, waiting for clarity that just won’t come? I’ve been there too. But over time, I’ve discovered a simple practice that always helps me find the answers I need.
Whenever I’m struggling with a question, I write it down. I let myself think about it—just enough to hold it in my mind—without forcing for an immediate answer. Then, I step away and do something that naturally sparks my creativity.
For me, that’s showering, washing the dishes, or going for a walk. There’s something about these activities—the rhythm, the movement, the flow—that unlocks my mind and allows the answers to come through effortlessly. Every single time, without fail, I gain insight, a fresh perspective, or the exact clarity I was looking for.
We all have those spaces where our creativity is at its peak. Maybe for you, it’s journaling, painting, driving, or even dancing. The key is to trust that the answers will come—not by forcing them, but by allowing them.
So, the next time you’re searching for clarity, try this:
- Write down your question.
- Hold it lightly in your mind—no pressure, no overthinking.
- Step into an activity that gets your creativity flowing.
- Let the answer come to you.
I’d love to know—where or when do you feel most creative? Let’s start a conversation in the comments!
With all my heart,
Salima
